I work 2 rooms at a time at Origin’s location on Tuesday and Friday and I work in 1 room at Grounded Health Collective on Wednesday and Thursday. If you are seeking more one on one time, please book in at the Courtenay location.

Starting in July 2026, I will be working solely out of Grounded Health Collective Mondays-Thursdays.

I offer direct billing for most extended health plans, except Empire Life and WCB.
